The consistent centre of movement multiplication over the years has been the process of building teams. To pioneer each neew movement, if I can gather 25-30 people with commitment to a vision and core values, and build them around a team which includes a visionary, a pastor and an adminstrator, plus put the esential structures in place, then this team will extend that vision out to a movent for the next 30 or more years.
So what are the essentail skills? And ewhat ualities are critical in a team leader? And how does one train such leaders?
