The introductory grassroots course covers a number of these topics. After the introductory week, the city network are encouraged to gather, every three months, the leader-trainers and trainees in a two to three day course focused on one module. They tell stories or do a drama of what they have done since the last training. Then they receive one of the modules taught by expert slum leaders who have successfully developed that area of expertise in that or another city. In between these modules, they all review the material on the CD-ROMs. All receive face-to-face mentoring and all extend their existing ministries using the new ideas.
