Projects
1. Organizational Development: Consolidate NZ Base by expanding board to include two new business leaders; complete upgrade of website; automated web-based delivery to six networks; expand staff to include editor, fundraiser.
2. Publications: The Spirit of Christ and the Postmodern City is being journalized for popular consumption; deliver one chapter per month to city leaders; do same with the Urban Leadership Guide. Expand MATUL materials into framework and initial chapters of book on Theology of Urban Poverty.
3. Nation-Building in New Zealand: Launch an Auckland Urban Leadership Training Institute.
4. MATUL: Coordinate the Encarnação Alliance Training Commission, and launch MA and BA Training processes in six institutions in Brazil, explore expansion in Africa; upgrade existing partnerships by leading the Commission.
5. City Leaders Networks: Coordinate the Encarnacion Alliance towards 50,000 from the slums to the slums, with monthly communiques and leadership team expansion towards global conference. Respond to requests for envisioning, prophetic leadership of missions.
6. Grassroots Training Among Urban Poor: Complete training commitments in Nagaland, South India, Uganda. Launch in Nairobi and another Pacific Island.
7. Devt Projects: Complete AIDS project in Uganda; sustain orphans projects; etc. Recruit project coordinator.
