Dr Viv Grigg has coached many in movement leadership across the decades. We are eager to foster development of City Transformation and City Leadership Team Processes or Social Movement processes in multiple ways through webinars, seminars, 1, 2 or 4 day training, or online training process. A team doesn't simply lead a city without rigorous training that enables critical milestones and avoids pitfalls.

b. We will train a cluster of emergent leaders in researching and engaging the city, as they complete the accredited Graduate Certificate in Urban Leadership (= Post Graduate Diploma in many countries) of four courses over 16 months https://www.wciu.edu/certificate-leadership-urban-movements.
c. Or for those in leadership, complete the full MA in Transformational Urban Leadership (MATUL) to be found at https://wciu.edu/matul. it is ideal of 2 or 3 in a city leadership do this together.
d. Engage a team of leaders or emergent leaders in the series of non-credit certificate courses on City Leadership teams at https://learn.matul.org/collections.
e. Invite Dr Viv Grigg to come and do a motivational presentation on the city then meet with your leaders and work out a training process.
