Chairperson, Encarnacao Training Commission.Dr. Lorisa "Corrie" Acorda- De BoerCorrie De Boer, holds a B.S. in Social Work from Philippines Women’s University, an MDiv from Asian Theological Seminary, an MS in Social Development from Ateneo De Manila University, a PhD in Organizational Development from Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute and a DMin in the Renewal of the Church for Mission from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where she was an RJB Scholar. As Executive Director for Mission Ministries Philippines (1986-1999) she enabled the establishment of over 350 preschools in the Philippines, established a city network of thirty mission organizations ministering among the poor, facilitated the establishment of the Center for Early Childhood Care and Development, a government-accredited training center for preschool teachers. Currently Corrie is Assistant Professor, Asian Theological Seminary, Manila, Philippines, and Director of Mission Ministries.

Associate Dean for Special Programs Asian Theological Seminary Prior to joining the faculty at William Jessup University as Chair of the Department of Intercultural Studies, Lee served as an International Theological Education Consultant, Academic Dean at both Asia Graduate School of Theology and Asian Theological Seminary, Director of the AGST Doctor of Education program and Professor of Christian Education at ATS. He has also served as a missionary working with Filipino tribal minorities and urban churches in the areas of pastoral training, church planting and administration. Lee has edited and contributed to three books, Theological Education in the Philippine Context, Directions in Theological Education and Restoring Our Humanity, and has written a number of articles. He holds doctoral degrees from Denver Seminary (Missions) and Indiana University (Education). Hewas Director of the Master of Arts in Transformational Urban Leadership program at Asian Theological Seminary in Manila, Philippines till March 2010where he has served on the faculty since 1991. He holds doctorates in Education and Missions. His passion is training people for ministry, especially among the poor. |

Encarnacao Alliance Grassroots Training Consultant Bryan Johnson, M.Phil, has spent 12 years as principal of a Bible College in New Zealand that produced many ethnic migrant churchplanters. He has been a missionary developing correspondence learning networks in China and Indonesia. He is an expert in enabling leaders to identify spiritual gifts and new ministry directions.
